than exclusively frozen products, enables us to make Crème de
la Crème - the creamiest and smoothest taste in ice cream.

The entire operation from the reception of fresh milk and cream
through to the freezing and final pack out is computer controlled
and operated through a central computer system enabling comprehensive
monitoring of the entire process.
A wide variety of cream flavoured products are produced. Specific
recipes and packaging requirements for individual customers
are welcome.
