Fresh Chilled Fish

Talley's offer a wide range of fresh New Zealand seafood exported to destinations around the globe. Most species can be offered in fresh form as either:

	Whole fish
	Head off and gutted
	Fillets

Frozen Fish Fillets A feature product of the retail and food service markets, fillets are presented as trimmed skinless or skin-on, with a wide selection of species, sizes and quality grades. Individual wrapping is optional. Fillets are available in standard 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 kg packages or packed to customer specifications. They are also available as 6.8 kg Amaltal Brand Frozen At Sea.

Value added products
Fish portions are produced with scrumptious battered, crumbed or breaded coating, with seasoned products also available. An excellent convenience product or ‘fast food’ with wide appeal to the retail and food service markets, these products are packed according to customer specifications.

Head and gutted (HNG)
An excellent choice for the retail and food service markets and reprocessors. A wide selection of species, sizes and quality grades are available with individual wrapping/bagging optional. Available in standard 5, 10 and 20 kg packages or packed to customer specifications.

Block Fillet and mince blocks are processed to grade specifications. These products are once frozen to lock in freshness and retain full flavour. They are suitable for many culinary uses and offer quality and economical value. Available in standard 7.5 kg (16.5 lb) block.

Greenshell MusselsTM Marinated World class Greenshell MusselsTM combined with our secret marinade creates this ready-to-eat exquisite treat. Mussels come in four flavoured marinades: original, garlic, chilli and lemon.

Packaged in plastic pots:
	375g - An ideal complement to any meal
	2kg - Perfect for picnics, parties and barbecues
	4kg - Catering packs great for large functions
	or packed to customer specifications.

Whole shell
Snap frozen to maintain the juices inside the shells for the best cooking results, whole shell mussels are ideal for food service and reprocessing markets. Packaged in 10kg bulk box or packed to customer specifications.

Half shell Snap frozen to retain superb flavour, and popular for their distinct presentation, half shell mussels can conveniently be cooked straight on the barbecue or simply steamed. Packaged in 800g, 1kg, 2lbs or 12kg boxes or packed to customer specifications.

Meat - Layerpacked
Quick-frozen in layers to retain excellent flavour, this superior quality product is designed for the food service and reprocessing markets.

Two grades of meat are available and are packed in convenient 4 x 2.5kg layers per 10kg carton or packed to customer specifications.

Meat - Individual pieces
Individually quick-frozen to lock in the freshness, this versatile product serves as a delicious ingredient, appealing topping or tempting taste to many recipes. They are a popular choice of the food service and reprocessing markets and are packaged in 1kg or 12kg bulk box or packed to customer specifications.

Scallops Quick-frozen in layers to retain excellent flavour, this top quality product appeals to all markets. For food service or reprocessing they are packed in convenient 4 x 2.5kg layers per 10kg carton. Alternatively they are available in 500g and 1kg retail packages or packed to customer specifications.

Oysters

This high standard seafood treat, harvested only minutes from our factory, appeals to all markets and can be supplied in fresh chilled or frozen form.
