Talley's Vegetable Division

Our first commercial vegetable production began in 1978. We process most of our popular vegetables from two processing factories located at Blenheim and Ashburton.

The Vegetable Division works closely with a large number of independant growers to provide the vegetable crops needed for the Blenheim and Ashburton factory requirements.

We have fully integrated growing and processing operations to control planting, harvesting, processing, freezing, packing and cold storage to ensure total quality control.

Talley's provide a wide range of vegetables
The majority of the production is now exported, with our main markets being Asia and Australia. We pack according to customer-specific needs with standard packs of 500g, 1, 2, 5, 10 and 25kg packets, and consumer packs or cartons.

Two standard grades are produced: USDA Grade A and Everyday Grade. Further specific grades can be done on request.
