This is a fast-paced role with a primary focus of ensuring the smooth day to day administrator duties of the engineering department. This position is fixed term to cover maternity leave. Administration experience in supporting an engineering or workshop environment would be desirable but not compulsory.

- The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and outside suppliers.
You will have a range of responsibilities including creating and updating vessel engineering worklists, processing creditor invoices, handling contractor and account enquiries.
You will be working closely with the vessel fleet engineers, shore-based engineers and vessel managers. You will also liaise with a range of external contractors as well as vessel captains and engineers.
This is a busy and rewarding role which will suit someone who enjoys pace and variety, is adaptable in the face of changing priorities, appreciates the need to understand and work within set processes and systems. With strong communication and relationship building skills, you'll be able to work productively across the organisation and build positive working relationships externally.
