We are seeking highly motivated people with a can-do-attitude to join our ever-growing site in Ashburton. We have rare openings for several of our key roles within our branch.

Quality Assurance:

This role is an essential part of our operation. Not only will you perform a number of visual and physical tests on the products, ensuring the results are within the specifications set out, you will also complete pre-op checks before the factory starts running to ensure hygiene standards are meet. The QA team are key to our compliance with HACCP, food safety, quality and health & safety.

Line Inspectors:

You’ll inspect and grade product during processing, assist the operators and learn their roles if ever a need for cover arises, to achieve the company targets and goals, and maintain food safety, health & safety, sanitation and quality standards.

Operators:

We are seeking motivated workers, who are physically fit to run our lines. You’ll be practiced in operating the specialised machinery and robots to the requirements of food safety, health & safety and all industry standards.

General Hands:

You will be physically fit and able to multi-task. Your role may include stacking cartons, to tipping the hopper, helping with cut opens and cleaning the lines, building bins or even product inspection and quality. Food safety and health & safety are also part of your day-to-day role.

Forklift Operators:

Having a forklift licence is essential but also the ability to drive one safely is essential. Forklift roles vary between stacking pallets/ bins, working in our Cold Store to loading trucks or containers. You must be physically fit, have good English and math skills, and the attention to detail that this role requires. Adhering to our food safety and health & safety standards is a must, as well as the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
