About the role:

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our Talley's Havelock team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the 24/7 mussel grading operations which continuously feeds two large multi-faceted sites.

With the right experience you will be earning from $80k - $100k salary per year.

Your working week will be 45 hours, flexible across 3 shifts.

As the Havelock Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Be the first point of contact for the Havelock mussel grading operation.
• Meet all reporting requirements in order to optimise management of the mussel grading business.
• Manage direct reports to foster a high performing team culture.
• Proactively seek any opportunities for continuous improvement in all core functions.
• Manage relationships with other departments and with relevant external parties.

For this role you will need:

• Proven Management and Leadership experience.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• A good understanding in relevant food processing operations.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Robust understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety processes.
• Ability to relate well to a diverse group of people
