About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking people to join our Production and Packout Teams at our vegetable plant in Ashburton.

This is a full-time role, working on 12-hour shifts, 4 ON 4 OFF roster, Day or Night as directed.

Your pay rate starts from $25/hr.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Running the machines to process and package produce
• Keeping records associated with the processing.
• Understanding the specifications of the produce, ensuring only the correct grade of produce is processed and packaged.
• Ensuring your work area is clean and always organised.
• Ensuring equipment is always maintained.

Full training will be provided, no previous experience is required.

• Learn to run our machines and enjoy working in a team.

Who are you?

You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

For this role, you’ll need:

• Good computer skills
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
