Exciting News from Seafood New Zealand Conference 2023!

Last week, Wellington hosted the 2023 Seafood NZ conference. A key part of the event is celebrating excellence in the commercial seafood industry with the Seafood Stars Awards.
Our very own Annie Fleming shone brightly by securing the prestigious Young Achiever Award this year! This award is a recognition of her positive impact in the industry, and it's specifically given to achievers under 35. Sharing this honor is the talented Ben Pierce from Mills Bay Mussels.
Not just a chartered accountant, Annie is also the Shellfish Division Commercial Manager at Talley’s in Blenheim. Her passion for the industry extends beyond her role, as she contributes to the Marlborough Shellfish Quality Program Board of Executives and holds a directorial position at Clearwater Mussels Limited. Her commitment to environmental planning in the Marlborough Sounds region is truly inspiring.
