Our people are like a family. Our fishers care about the ocean and each other, and love the adventure of working at sea, and the teamwork of land-based seafood processing.
Our seafood family
Talley’s fishers are: committed, dedicated, loyal, honest, reliable, positive, enthusiastic, respectful, self-motivated, eager, determined, competitive and respectful.
We have 500 people who work on our deep sea vessels, and about 500 people who choose to work in our land-based seafood processing factories.
Working in Talley’s seafood offers an exciting and satisfying career. We invest in training and supporting our people in their work, for example, our management cadet programme means people move into and try many different roles, to get the most of the diversity of the work.
