About the role

We're looking for a Coolstore Inventory Controller to join the team at our Motueka Site This is a full-time position with overtime required.

As a Coolstore Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining food safety standards and regulations.
• Preparing documents and submitting electronic certificates to MPI
• Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail for regular reporting to management.
• Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Track inventory movements and conduct regular audits.
• Optimize stock levels and coordinate with various departments.

For this role, you’ll need:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer skills: including ability to use Excel spreadsheets with excellent data accuracy
• Communication skills to support overall business operations.
• A positive can-do attitude, while operation to time constraints
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• Work under pressure, while maintaining a good level of service
