Potato, vegetable oil (canola), mineral salt (450), dextrose.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen, do not thaw. Cooking times may vary with the model of oven. Watch carefully during final minutes of preparation to avoid over cooking.

Oven bake

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Spread frozen oven fries in a single layer on an oven tray and place in centre of oven.
  3. Bake fries for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  4. To achieve a crisper product, leave the door ajar for the final 5 minutes of cooking.

Deep fry

  1. Check oil temperature is at 180°C (350°F) before cooking.
  2. Fill basket away from the fryer. Avoid overfilling
  3. Cook fries for approximately 4 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
  4. Shake the basket of cooked fries above the fryer and allow time to drain before serving.
