Hash Browns

A favourite for breakfast and lunch, our Hash Browns come in triangle (gluten-free), oval (gluten-free) and rectangle shapes.

Farmed on the Canterbury Plains, we choose mature, sound, white potatoes (Solanum tuberosum) to make our Frozen Hash Browns. They’re washed, peeled, sorted and trimmed to assure a clean and wholesome product, before being blanched and shredded. Each Hash Brown is perfectly formed being fried and frozen to keep them at their peak in the freezer.
